She joined Resolution five years ago as a Research Scientist specialising in cell therapy development and has since progressed through group leader and director roles to senior leadership\, reflecting a steady expansion of scientific scope\, strategic responsibility\, and people leadership. \nWith nine years of experience in cell therapy spanning biotech\, industry\, and academia\, Kayleigh has built a career at the interface of immunology\, cell therapy and translational science. Kayleigh holds a PhD in Immunology from the University of Glasgow and is passionate about sharing practical insights on career development within the biotech industry.
