These Terms of Use explain how you are allowed to use the Advanced Therapies Apprenticeship Community (ATAC) website https://advancedtherapiesapprenticeships.co.uk (“Websites”) and ATAC Learning Management System (“LMS”) https://myaccount.advancedtherapiesapprenticeships.co.uk and mobile applications (“Apps”) and the operation of the Websites, LMS and Apps by Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult trading as Cell Therapy Catapult Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 07964711 with registered office at 12th Floor, Tower Wing, Guy’s Hospital, Great Maze Pond, London SE1 9RT (“We” “Our” or “Us”).
These terms are to be read in conjunction with:

The Websites, LMS and Apps contain trademarks, including the Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult and ATAC name and logo. If you wish to do anything else with any of the trademarks you must obtain the written permission from the trademark owner.
You are granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, non-assignable licence (without the right to sub-licence) to access and use the Websites, LMS and Apps, and any content they include, via your registered user account. You agree not to adjust, try to circumvent, or delete any notices contained in the Websites, LMS or Apps or any digital rights or other security technology employed by Us.
The content accessible via the Websites, LMS and Apps is made available for your personal use only. The Websites, LMS and Apps may enable you to share limited content with colleagues or invite them to create their own user account. Other than via those approved methods, you are not entitled to copy, modify, adapt, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit the content accessed by you.
Using the interactive services and what you are not allowed to do
Our Websites, LMS and Apps may include interactive services, such as discussion forums. Any submission or communication to users of our services must conform to standards of accuracy, decency and lawfulness, which shall be applied at our discretion, acting reasonably. - factually accurate or your own genuinely held belief;
