ATAC are built to meet the real-world needs of the life sciences sector, providing the specialist skills needed to develop, manufacture, and deliver cutting-edge therapies, vaccines, and biologics. Programmes range from Level 3 to Level 7 and typically last from 18 months to 5 years, depending on the level.

Creating valuable opportunities for apprentices and their managers to connect with the wider community, share best practice, and gain insight into emerging technologies and industry trends.

This reflects ATAC’s wider role in consulting with industry, designing specialist training pathways and supporting both apprentices and employers beyond the programme. By combining structured learning with ongoing engagement activities, we foster a collaborative community that helps apprentices develop the technical knowledge, professional confidence and industry awareness needed to succeed in our rapidly evolving sector.
