Helen is an experienced Quality and Technical Operations Consultant who has spent more than twenty-five years working in drug discovery and development, primarily in proteomics and Advanced Therapy Medicinal Product (ATMP) development.

Helen previously held FTE roles as Site Head for Ascend Advanced Therapies, VP Manufacturing at Freeline Therapeutics, VP QA at Freeline Therapeutics, Head of Quality at Astex Therapeutics, and Director QA at BioVex.

Helen passed her Qualified Person (QP) viva in 2007, completed an MBA in 2024 and is a Chartered Biologist, Member of the Royal Society of Biology and a Member of the Research Quality Association.

Ian started his career in Glaxo Welcome before moving through commercial and development roles spanning the UK, Europe and Switzerland in several companies, culminating in a regional Head of Quality role.  He is a Qualified Person, a Chartered Biologist and a Member of TOPRA where he continues to support the assessment of candidates for advanced degrees in regulatory affairs.
