Team Leader Level 3
This Team Leader Apprenticeship Level 3 is for individuals managing teams and projects who are looking to more effectively support, lead, and nurture their team members. Through learning and applying people management skills, this programme develops confident leaders committed to their personal development and the growth of others. As a result, this can drive the success of other employees towards overall growth, positive change, and productivity within your business.
Entry requirements
Candidates must manage or supervise at least one member of staff in order to meet the requirements of the apprenticeship standard.
