Dr Kayleigh Thirlwell is a Senior Director of Translational Pharmacology at Resolution Therapeutics, where she leads a team of scientists focused on understanding the mechanism of action of the company’s lead cell therapy asset, currently in clinical development. She joined Resolution five years ago as a Research Scientist specialising in cell therapy development and has since progressed through group leader and director roles to senior leadership, reflecting a steady expansion of scientific scope, strategic responsibility, and people leadership.

With nine years of experience in cell therapy spanning biotech, industry, and academia, Kayleigh has built a career at the interface of immunology, cell therapy and translational science. Kayleigh holds a PhD in Immunology from the University of Glasgow and is passionate about sharing practical insights on career development within the biotech industry.
